What is a good deadlift?

Roughly 2× bodyweight is intermediate for men and 1.25× for women; advanced is about 2.75× for men and 2× for women.
Evidence Moderate Reviewed Sources 2

The deadlift is usually the heaviest of the big lifts, which is why its ratios run highest. They assume a conventional or sumo pull from the floor with no straps.

Like every bodyweight ratio, they are slightly generous to heavier lifters, because absolute strength does not rise in step with bodyweight. Treat them as a range, not a grade.
