How we review
Every answer is one sentence, dated, rated for evidence strength, and rewritten when the evidence moves.
The one-sentence rule
If an answer needs a paragraph, it usually means the question was too broad. We split it instead. The sentence at the top is the answer; everything below it is optional context for people who want it.
What we cite
Meta-analyses and systematic reviews first, then randomised controlled trials, then position stands from professional bodies. Single studies are cited only when they are the entire evidence base for a claim, and we say so when that is the case.
Independence
No product is recommended because a brand paid for it. There are no affiliate links and no sponsored answers.
Review cycle
Every answer carries a review date. Topics where evidence moves quickly, such as supplements and training volume, get revisited annually. Definitional answers get revisited when a standard changes.
Corrections
If an answer is wrong, it gets fixed and the review date changes. Nothing here is medical advice; if you have a condition, ask someone who can examine you.
